I’ve found the celebrity accessibility recently to be a bit intoxicating too. Over the past week I’ve been in communication with some of the unicycling greats via fb: Spencer Hochberg (Godfather of Flatland), Scott Wilton (good friend and World Marathon and 10K champion), Max Schulze (Trials Diety and World Champ), and Kelly Hickman (one of the Founding Fathers of Street).
I guess trying to organize a National level competition has benefits beyond adding the time sink of a second job.
